Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Pay EntryFee, owned and managed by Jay Prakash Sinha under Renown Advertising, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent registration experience for all event participants. By registering for any event through payentryfee.com, you agree to the following cancellation and refund terms:

Cancellation by Participant

  • Participants may request cancellation of their registration.
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted to the event Organiser through the portal or as per the event instructions.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 3-7 days after cancellation confirmation by the organiser.
  • The refund will be issued to the original mode of payment used during registration.
  • Pay EntryFee acts as a facilitator; the final approval for refunds rests with the event organiser.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Any fees already used or processed by the organiser prior to cancellation may not be refundable.
  • Registrations cancelled after the event commencement may not be eligible for a refund.

Discounts & Coupons

  • Any discounts or coupon codes applied during registration are subject to the organiser’s and portal’s terms.
  • Refunds will reflect the net amount paid after discounts.

Compliance with Event Rules

All cancellations and refunds are subject to the rules and regulations of AICF & FIDE, wherever applicable.
